PRICES, SHIPPING AND TAXES
Product prices may change at any time. We do not offer price protection or refunds due to price reductions or promotional offerings after a purchase is made. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes will be charged based on your location at the time of purchase.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
All products offered on HealthMagneticStore.com are subject to our internal quality standards. Each product carries a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. DO NOT USE MAGNETIC THERAPY UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES
- If you have a pacemaker, defibrillator, insulin pump, or other implanted electro-medical device
- If you are pregnant
- Over open or bleeding wounds
- Near transdermal drug delivery patches
- Over an area that recently received a cortisone injection (wait 2–3 weeks before applying magnets to that area, as magnetic therapy and cortisone are antagonistic)
GENERAL PRECAUTIONS WHEN HANDLING MAGNETS
Magnets — especially neodymium magnets — are powerful and brittle. Handle with care:
- Do not drop magnets on hard surfaces; they may shatter
- Keep magnets away from each other to avoid sudden attraction that can pinch fingers or break the magnets
- Do not allow children to handle magnets — they are a choking hazard
- Keep magnets away from: credit cards, watches, audio/video tapes, computer hard drives, monitors, TVs, iPads, and other magnetically sensitive devices
- Use caution when handling magnets near sharp objects, hot cookware, or power tools
APPLICABLE LAW
This Site is operated from our offices in Puerto Rico, USA. By accessing the Site, you agree that any claims arising between you and Health Magnetic Store, Inc. shall be governed by the laws of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict of law principles.
EU Consumers: If you are located in the European Union, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection law. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and mandatory EU consumer law, EU law prevails.
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating to your use of the Site or products purchased through it shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in San Juan, Puerto Rico, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Health Magnetic Store, Inc. reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in any state or federal court in Puerto Rico for intellectual property violations.
TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct we determine to be in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or harmful to other users or our business. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for such termination.
MODIFICATIONS AND SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Health Magnetic Store, Inc. governing your use of the Site. Any claim arising from use of the Site must be filed within one (1) year of when the claim arose.
