Tense-Less is designed to support those that have trouble relaxing and/or sleeping. It helps calm the nerves and helps relax spasmodic muscles. Nervous conditions during worry, exhaustion, muscle spasms due to injury or fatigue, menstrual cycle, all are helped with this formula.

KEY INGREDIENTS

VALERIAN ROOT (Valeriana officinalis): is most commonly used for sleep disorders, especially the inability to sleep (insomnia). Valerian is used for muscle and joint pain, headaches and migraine. Some women use valerian for menstrual cramps and symptoms associated with menopause, including hot flashes and anxiety. Valerian is also used for conditions connected to anxiety, stress, depression, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder, chronic fatigue syndrome, nervous asthma and upset stomach*.

PASSION FLOWER (Passiflora incarnata): has been shown to provide relief from problems like nervousness, minor stress and insomnia. It shows potential as a good sleep aid without creating dependency.  In addition, Passion Flower may be used for seizures, asthma, symptoms of menopause, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder, nervousness, palpitations, irregular heartbeat, high blood pressure, fibromyalgia, and pain relief. It is indicated for nervous conditions during the menstrual cycle. It is also helpful for neuralgia and dysmenorrheal (menstrual cramps), as well as when disturbed sleep is the result of mental strain, worry or exhaustion. It also acts as a natural aid for reducing gastrointestinal upset related to anxiety due to nervous energy. It is considered an antispasmodic.*

HOPS CONCENTRATE (Humulus lupulus): is used for anxiety, inability to sleep (insomnia) and other sleep disorders, restlessness, tension, nervousness, irritability, anxiety, and attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder. It is also used to improve appetite, increase urine flow, start the flow of breast milk and for indigestion. Extracts of the fruits strongly reduce smooth-muscle spasms*.

Suggested Dosage:  As a dietary supplement, take three (3) capsules once daily, preferably thirty (30) minutes before bedtime or as directed by a health care professional. For relaxion, take two (2) capsules once or twice daily, or as directed by a Health Care Professional.
