Secure Payment Processing Your order is securely processed via PayPal or our Virtual Merchant system. Once you complete your shopping cart, you will be redirected to a secure payment gateway to finalize your transaction. We accept the following payment methods: - Credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express) - PayPal - Money orders and company checks (orders ship once check clears)
Sales Tax All orders shipped within Puerto Rico are subject to an 11.5% IVU sales tax, calculated automatically at checkout.
Phone Orders Orders may also be placed by phone. Our team will assist you in processing your purchase using any of the above payment methods.
Pricing Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping Most in-stock items are shipped within 1–2 business days. Shipping timeframes vary depending on destination and service selected. Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days.
Backorders & Discontinued Items If a product is temporarily unavailable or discontinued: - You will be notified by email with an estimated restock date. - We may offer a substitute item of similar value and function. - Large orders may be split into multiple shipments at no extra cost.
If a significant portion of your order is delayed more than 5 business days, we will contact you with options.
Warranty Information We warrant that every item sold is free from manufacturer’s defects. If your item is defective (not from misuse, alteration, wear and tear), you may return it within 14 days for a replacement.
Magnetic Component Guarantee All magnetic components are guaranteed to retain their strength for a lifetime. If the fabric wears out, magnets may be reused. Be sure to note correct polarity before reuse.
Returns & Exchanges Returns are only accepted for items with verified manufacturing defects. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Limitations We do not accept returns for reasons such as personal dissatisfaction, normal wear, or misuse. Warranties do not cover these conditions.
International Orders We ship internationally. Customers are responsible for compliance with local import laws, duties, and customs fees. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Delays due to customs are beyond our control.
