The N-3 Dr. Sierra Therapy Magnet is a compact, high-strength ceramic static magnet traditionally used in biomagnetic research and wellness-focused applications associated with the work of Dr. Ralph U. Sierra. Along with the N-1 and N-2, the N-3 was used for decades in biomagnetic research and continues to be used by Dr. Irma I. Sierra and Dr. Jorge C. Jarrot at their chiropractic clinic in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Manufactured from Grade 8 ceramic material, one of the strongest ceramic magnet grades available, the N-3 provides focused magnetic field coverage in a smaller, easy-to-handle size. The North pole (–) is clearly marked to ensure proper orientation.

Traditional Uses & Applications

The N-3 magnet is commonly incorporated into wellness-oriented magnetic routines where targeted magnetic field exposure is desired. Its smaller size makes it especially suitable for localized areas while resting or during light activity.

The N-3 is also traditionally used for magnetizing water as part of magnetic water practices.

How to Use

• Place the magnet on or underneath the target area, with the gray North (–) side facing the body
• For added comfort, the magnet may be wrapped in a cloth or towel
• It may be placed:
  • Under a pillow
  • Under a thin mattress (under 8 in thick)
  • Inside a brace, extremity support, back or lumbar support (with or without additional magnets)
• The magnet may also be secured with a stretchable wrap; it should feel secure but never tight

Magnetic fields will continue to pass through clothing, pillows, and bedding.

Use Duration

Magnetic therapy may be used as often as needed as part of a consistent wellness routine.
