Thin and flexible, 400 gauss Multi Pole magnetic insoles. The magnetically strong side (ie, labeled side) should face the foot. Many air holes also promote circulation and enhanced magnetic effect. Pair includes both left and right insoles, may be trimmed to fit any size foot. Flexible and comfortable to wear. Ideal for athletics, aerobics, walking.

Usage Notes: With extended wear, the insole material may develop surface cracks over time — this is a normal characteristic of flexible materials exposed to repeated pressure. The magnetism is not affected and the upper panel remains intact. For best results, keep insoles in one dedicated pair of shoes — switching between shoes requires the material to adapt to a new surface, which may accelerate cracking. Also avoid prolonged storage in hot environments, as heat can affect flexible material quality.
