Acu-Magnetic Body Points 2000GP from Dr. Sierra's Magnets collection are compact magnets for placement on selected body points as part of a personal wellness routine. Each pack includes 10 magnets pre-applied to fabric adhesive plasters for convenient placement.

Polarity Identification

The magnets arrive pre-applied with the north pole facing the skin. The pre-applied orientation confirms north-pole polarity, so no separate pole identification is needed before initial use. Because there is no factory N stamp or indentation, we recommend marking the skin-facing north surface with a Sharpie permanent marker before removing the magnet from its original plaster. This helps preserve the correct orientation when transferring it to a replacement plaster. If the original orientation is lost and the magnet is unmarked, use an another magnet to identify the north-facing surface before reapplying. 

Application and Replacement Plasters

Peel the backing paper from the pre-cut line on the side. Position the plaster over the desired area of clean, dry, intact skin and press gently into place. Check your skin regularly and replace the adhesive plaster every 1–2 days, or sooner as needed.

To transfer a magnet to a new plaster, first mark the skin-facing north surface while its original orientation is known. Peel off the small inner paper circle of the replacement plaster and place the magnet on the exposed adhesive in the center, keeping the marked north surface facing away from the adhesive so it will face the skin.

Care and Safety

• Remove immediately if itching, redness, irritation, discomfort, or skin damage occurs. Irritation is not evidence that the product is working.
• Do not apply over broken or irritated skin. Stop using magnets with rust, damaged plating, or sharp edges.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets. Small magnets present choking and serious ingestion hazards. Seek immediate medical attention if swallowed.
• Do not use above or near a pacemaker, insulin pump, or other implanted electronic medical device.
• Keep magnets at least 4 inches away from credit cards, computers, and other magnetically sensitive items.
