About the Copper Finish
It is completely normal for the copper side to darken over time — this is the natural tarnishing process of real copper and does not affect its therapeutic function or effectiveness in any way. Your magnet works just as powerfully whether the copper is bright or darkened.
To restore the copper's shine, simply follow these easy steps:
- Mix 1 oz of white vinegar with ½ tablespoon of salt and stir to combine.
- Dip a dry cloth into the vinegar and salt mixture.
- Gently wipe the copper side of the magnet with the damp cloth.
- Rinse under water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
