How to Use:

Basic Wear: Wrap the band around your wrist, elbow, or ankle. Adjust for a snug but comfortable fit.

Acupressure Positioning: Position the 4 North (-) magnets over PC-6 (Inner Gate/Neiguan) — approximately two finger-widths above the wrist crease on the inner wrist — for targeted heart-mind and nervous system support.
