You can use the North, negative polarity static magnetic therapy as needed for your relief and maintaining the benefits you have received. Magnetic Field penetration up to 3” deep. How to use it? For a 1.5” diameter spot therapy. Use with a hypoallergenic adhesive tape. Center the magnet over the desired area with the negative polarity side facing your body. You may apply it directly over the body area that needs attention.
