INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Each product comes with its own manual - very easy, no professional skills are needed. Simply choose the program, set the length of the usage, and then, just lie down on the mattress. It is recommended to use the mattress 2 to 3 times every day for 20 to 30 minutes per occasion.
