How to use it? Designed to put a water glass or bottle over it and drink the alkaline water daily. Russian scientist determined that the water only stays polarized for 48 hours. The magnet will keep indefinitely inside the refrigerator. If you are too alkaline, a glass of South pole water weekly can help.  This mini cylinder is for glass up to 12 ounce water for polarizing water or juices even any liquid you drink. Being small, works faster in less ounces. However for larger volumes of liquid you will need at least 30 minutes.

This magnet may chip if it touches the floor.
