• 1 High-Energy Grade 8 Ceramic disc magnets, 3850 gauss 0.25” x 0.06” diameter magnets.
• The bio-north, negative (-) side contacts the body is marked N, and the Bio-South is marked S.
• You can use the North, negative polarity static magnetic therapy as needed for your relief and maintaining the benefits you have received.
• Disc magnet is approx 3850 gauss and measures  0.709'' Dia. x 0.197'' Thick, 1.11 lbs. pull
• Magnetic Field penetration up to 2” deep.

How to use it? Use as an accu-point and adhere to skin with a hypoallergenic tape. Center the magnet over the desired area with the negative polarity side facing your body.

How long to use the magnet? We recommend using magnetic therapy as often as you need it. A continuous use of magnetic therapy will provide faster and more effective results.
