Sierra's Magnetic Memory Head Band

FOR STUDENTS, THOSE WITH MEMORY LOSS, LOSS OF SLEEP, INSOMNIA, HEADACHES, MIGRAINES, DEPRESSION, ADD AND ADHD, BURNOUTS, BRAIN FATIGUE.

This band with attached magnets will wrap around your head, circling the forehead and back.

One size fit all, is made of a long-lasting stretch fabric blend with a Velcro closure that you can apply adjustable pressure and support.  It measures 27" long x 2.0" wide.

It contains two removable 1" x 1" pads containing five (5) 800 gauss magnets each (10 total). Each magnet is 0.08" x 0.2" dia. The forehead part has a long inner sleeve (1.7" wide x 12"long) that holds the magnets in place.  

Dr. Ralph Sierra during his research into memory enhancement, created this band with magnets to energize the brain and improve concentration and retention skills.  The specification is that you must use 2 strips of magnets in both front and back of the head. So, Dr. Irma Sierra, his daughter was able to recreate this band with Dr. Sierras specifications and has added two (2), 1" x 6" magnetic strips.  

The 1" x 6" flexible magnet strip that goes to the forehead is the North-Pole side that we have already inserted into the inner sleeve of this head band. The other 1” x 6” South pole flexible magnet strip included and covered with red tape to identify the south pole, (the gray side is North), is to be manually inserted with the red, positive side toward the back of the head, so it can be held with the band. Thus, this positioning allows you, for memory enhancement, to apply the north, negative (-) polarity to the front of the head and the south, positive polarity (+) towards the back of the head. 

How do I put it on?

• Open the head band and center it across your forehead.
• Stretch the ends around the back of your head.  Apply enough tension to hold the head band in place.  DO NOT make it too tight.
• Secure the band by pressing the Velcro Tab at one end on to the Plush section.
• Carefully insert the flexible magnet with the SOUTH, red tape cover, and center it in the back of the head.
• Leave on for 30 minutes or more if you are performing mind (brain) activities.

For neck discomfort, headaches, insomnia- use the band without the red side. You can strengthen the front band with the other strip, back to back, the red side would go towards the other flexible band, attracting polarities. Also, if moderate to severe discomfort, the magnetic force should be strengthened with the domino magnet (not included), using the north side to the skin

Care: Do not machine wash.  You may soak in water but without the magnets.
