Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with both the service and the products you receive when you shop with us at Health Magnetic Store & more. That's why we are proud to offer you a 10-day 100% money-back guarantee! If you're not happy with an item you purchased from Health Magnetic Store & more, then we will credit you 100% of the product cost once you've returned it to us, within 10 days of receipt of your item, as long as the item is in new condition.

The product must be returned unused and in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. Sorry, used products cannot be credited back (refunded) or exchanged for a new product, unless noted otherwise. By wearing or using the product you got the first time, our refund/exchange policy is void, unless it has a defect. The product is subject to a final inspection before your return is processed. Shipping costs and handling charges are non-refundable. If the item was sent to you Free, we will deduct that amount from the return/ or credit.

Note:  For safety reasons, Due to the personal nature of wraps, supports, insoles, pillows and topical analgesic supplement products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Media: Books, DVDs, Downloads. All media purchases are final sale and may not be returned.

Exchanges (Defective/Damaged Products Only)

30 Day Exchange Policy – Defective Products Only

If you believe you have a defective product, please contact us at cs@healthmagneticstore.com.

Defective products may only be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. In order to process your exchange, we will need your order number, description (and photos if available) of the problem, and any other information about your use of the product that may help us understand the potential defect.

In the event that a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error or defective materials, we will repair or exchange the product as needed. If Health Magnetic Store & more determines that repair or replacement of a defective product is not practical, we will provide a refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your repaired/replacement product to reach you may vary.

Damaged in Shipment

Be sure to inspect your product once you receive it. Any damage from shipping must be reported to Health Magnetic Store & more within 7 days of receipt of the product.

If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at cs@healthmagneticstore.com right away. Include a description of the damages, and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.
We are not responsible for shipping damages or lost packages on return shipping; we recommend you ship using a tracking number. Allow 1-2 weeks for money return in the case of a refund.  When returning an item for refund that came with a free gift, the gift's value will be deducted from the total refund. Should the item(s) being exchanged amount to less than the price of the original item(s), then credit will be issued, minus fees, as outlined above.



If you decide to cancel the order and wish for a refund:

Please let us know within three (3) hours of purchase and we will gladly credit you back via Paypal account.  Orders cancelled by the customer after the credit card has been processed will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee, just that in 3 hours your order can be processed and ready to ship.   

Should a customer refuse a delivery as an attempt to cancel an order or decides to return an order that has been processed and shipped, the customer still assumes full return liability and costs of 20% (this includes all applicable return freight charges, as well as restocking fees).

Wholesale Customers

Please note the following: "Sales are Final". You have a 5 day inspection period starting the date of delivery, and you may return any broken/damaged items within this period. We will not accept returns on wholesale items after this period has passed, or once any item has been resold.


Importation Policy:



Please know your country's import policy. The buyer is responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees, duties, etc. These charges are outside our control, and you must be aware of your country's import policies and laws. If such charges are levied, then you are responsible for paying them.

Underage Use: If you are under 18 years of age and wish to purchase products, please have your parents or guardians do so. Any purchase or attempted purchase by someone under 18 years of age will be considered fraudulent, and we will not be held liable for any purchases made by said persons.
