KEY INGREDIENTS

MAGNESIUM (oxide, salicylate, chelate): Essential for muscle relaxation, pain relief, heart rhythm, and nerve function. Acts as a natural NSAID, reduces inflammation, and supports over 300 body processes. Deficiency symptoms include stress, anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, irritability and depression. It can offer benefit to alleviating those symptoms. 

VALERIAN ROOT EXTRACT  (Valeriana officinalis): Natural nerve sedative and muscle relaxant. Helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote better sleep without the side effects of synthetic sedatives.

Used since ancient times, this herb supports the body during periods of tension and anxiety, offering a gentle alternative for those seeking natural emotional balance and better sleep. Our valerian is carefully derived from the root of the plant, where its most effective calming compounds are concentrated.

PASSION FLOWER (Passiflora incarnata): A gentle botanical known for its calming, antispasmodic, and sedative properties. It works by increasing levels of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the brain — a key neurotransmitter that helps reduce neuronal excitability, promoting relaxation and tranquility. By calming the nervous system, passion flower can help relieve restlessness, nervous tension, and mental overactivity. It is particularly useful during the menstrual cycle, in cases of neuralgia, and for individuals whose sleep is disturbed by stress, worry, or exhaustion.

WHITE WILLOW BARK CONCENTRATE (Salix alba): Supports the body in naturally relieving pain. Contains salicin, a natural pain-reliever similar to aspirin, but gentler on the stomach. Historically used for headaches, arthritis, and inflammatory pain.

Health Benefits of White Willow Bark are that it is an anti-inflammatory, a fever reducer, an analgesic, an anti-rheumatic, and an astringent. Specifically, it helps to relieve headaches; helps to ease pain associated with inflammatory conditions like rheumatism, arthritis, and carpal tunnel syndrome; and helps to control fevers.

INGREDIENTS: Magnesium (Salicylate), Magnesium (Chelate), Valerian Root, Passion Flower and White Willow Bark, EDS® (Amylase, Protease, Lipase & Cellulase), AdPT®: Eleuthero, Cordyceps, Rhodiola Rosea, Reishi, Ashwagandha & Jiaogulan.

Other ingredients: Vegetable Capsule, Calcium Stearate and Silica.   

CAUTION: Do not take if allergic to aspirin.

DOSAGE: Take two capsules every four hours, or as directed. For severe pain such as sciatica or back pain, take four capsules every four hours until pain subsides. Do not take if allergic to aspirin.
