Shipping Disclaimer

At Health Magnetic Store & More, we strive to ensure your order is processed and shipped in a timely manner. We naturally cannot control the United States Postal Service, or any other shipping service provider that may be utilized, but we help our customers wherever we possibly can. We provide customers with tracking numbers, and offer insured shipping services, which protects the customer in case of a lost or damaged parcel.

All orders are shipped from San Juan, PR.

All orders can be shipped USPS, USPS Ground Advantage® service (2–5 Business Days), Priority Mail, Expedite (Express Mail) Priority Mail Flat or Express International, and Island Wide Express.

Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Method Verification: We reserve the right to verify and adjust shipping methods selected at checkout. If a shipping method is chosen that does not meet carrier requirements for your items (e.g., Media Mail selected for non-media products such as pillows, magnets, or wellness accessories), we will contact you to collect additional payment for the appropriate shipping service before your order is fulfilled. Media Mail is restricted to books, educational materials, and media items only.

We reserve the right to contact you if the box or shipping rate you chose is not correct and hold the shipment until shipment fee has been received.

Large and/or heavy objects require special handling. For these special packages we will notify you if any extra shipping charges are required.

Adding zipcodes last 4 digits or Canada and International orders may prompt the Calculate shipping notice.

Free Shipping is offered via USPS Ground Advantage® (2–5 business days) on orders of $100.00 or more.  

Free shipping is available on eligible orders. Heavy or oversized items including pillows and PEMF devices are excluded from free shipping offers and will be charged based on actual carrier rates.

This offer does not apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or international destinations.

Please note that delivery times are determined by USPS, not by us.

For time-sensitive orders, we recommend choosing USPS Priority or Expedite Shipping options at checkout for faster delivery.

If your package is delayed, we recommend checking the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email and contacting USPS directly for further assistance. Once your package has been handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for any delays in transit, including but not limited to:

  • Weather-related delays
  • USPS operational delays
  • High shipping volumes during peak seasons
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Parcels cannot be claimed as lost when a parcel has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, and no legal recourse remains at such time. All shipping questions, inquiries, complaints, and damage claims must be filed with the appropriate shipping service provider.

Importation Policy:

Please know your country's import policy. The buyer is responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees, duties, etc. These charges are outside our control, and you must be aware of your country's import policies and laws. If such charges are levied, then you are responsible for paying them.
